1. The Perfect Cozy Slightly Weighted Loungewear from COMFRT

Website: COMFRT

There’s no better time than the holiday season to embrace cozy vibes, and COMFRT is here to elevate your loungewear game. Known for its luxurious, sustainably made pieces, COMFRT designs everything with both warmth and style in mind. Think buttery-soft fabrics that hug you in all the right places, perfect for those Netflix binges or relaxing weekends at home. What sets this brand apart is its slightly weighted and oversized hoodies that can help with anxiety and stress. Plus, we love that it’s pre-shrunk so it stays that perfect fit wash after wash.

Our Pick: $69 The Standard Hoodie — nature-inspired hues without the glaring logo across the chest.

2. The Botox-Alternative: Frownies Facial Patches

Website: Frownies

For the skincare lovers out there, Frownies has a cult following, and it’s easy to see why. These all-natural facial wrinkle patches target fine lines and wrinkles with an approach that’s free from invasive treatments or chemicals. The patches form to your forehead and form a stent that trains your muscles to relax. This helps with fine lines caused by constantly wrinkling your skin, such as by furrowing your brow.

Keep in mind that this is muscle training. When you’re first starting out, it’ll take consistent use to teach your muscles to lay flat. Then, it’s just maintenance — dropping from daily use to 3 to 4 times a week.

Our Pick: $24.95 Frownies Forehead & Between Eyes Wrinkle Patches

Holiday Deal: 20% off with code BF20

3. Sustainable Wool Sneakers: VIVAIA Wool Sneaker Sliders

Website: VIVAIA

Sustainable fashion meets everyday comfort with VIVAIA’s Wool Sneaker Sliders. These unisex sneakers are if Kizik slip-on sneakers and Allbirds Wool Runners had a baby. They are made from renewable wool that is water-repellent and machine-washable. The material is incredibly soft, and since it’s made of 82% wool, they are naturally thermoregulating — perfect for the cooler weather. Plus, they slip on with ease, so you don’t have to bend over anymore unless you want to retie your laces to adjust the snugness in the vamp of the foot. One of our editors commented that these shoes are more comfortable and have more cushion than the nursing shoes that she wears on her 12-hour shifts.

Our Pick: $129 VIVAIA Unisex Sneaker Sliders (Urban) - Wool

Holiday Deal: Black Friday Sale + up to 30% off with code KIMBERLY24

4. Flat Hair Clips You Can Lay On: TELETIES

Website: TELETIES

This isn’t just another hair clip—TELETIES has made something functional that still looks great. We’ve all seen the viral video of the girl who was driving in a claw clip when she got into a car accident. The clip stayed intact, but her skull did not. Now, all the girlies are opting for flat hair clips that you can lie down on and drive in. For us, we recommend the Teleties square hair clip.

Our Pick: $14.99 Teleties Flat Square Hair Clip

5. Classic with a Modern Twist: Quince Leather Lug Sole Loafers

Website: Quince

These loafers from Quince are that rare combo of classic and durability. These loafers are crafted from premium 100% Italian nappa leather with a comfortable lug sole that’s both sturdy and on-trend. With Quince’s commitment to quality and affordability, these loafers make a thoughtful, long-lasting gift that fits a wide range of styles, from preppy to edgy. Plus, we can appreciate Quince’s cost transparency, offering high-quality items without the luxury markup.

Our Pick: $89.90 Quince Italian Leather Lug Sole Loafer

6. Princess Compression Socks: Crazy Compression

Website: Crazy Compression

Compression socks but make it cute! Crazy Compression’s Fairy Tale socks are a playful take on a functional item, adding color and fun to something we all need more of. These socks are ideal for anyone on their feet, including commuters, runners, and shift workers. Graduated compression helps improve blood flow, reducing swelling and leg fatigue. It’s also a great way of preventing and reducing varicose (and spider) veins. We’ve found that these socks have more cushion than its competitors, and they come with a lifetime guarantee from a family-owned business in North Carolina.

Keep in mind that this company is not affiliated with Disney. So you’ll have to take a wild guess as to who the “Sea Princess” with mermaid shells or the “Gold Hair Princess” with the purple dress are.

Our Pick: $25.20 Crazy Compression Fairy Tale socks

7. Heatless Curls: Eternal Muse

Website: Eternal Muse

We are in our healing era and skipping the curling iron. But we aren’t giving up on curling our hair. Heatless curls let you set your hair the night before and literally wake up to perfect curls every time. While we admit it takes practice, you can do your hair in the mornings in under 30 seconds once you get the hang of how to wrap your hair.

We’ve tried several different heatless curls, prioritizing how comfortable they are to sleep in and how good the curls are the next day. Our favorite brand is Eternal Muse. They use a 10% vegan Peau De Soie fabric (fancy satin) and have the softest cushion on the market. After weeks of testing, we did not wake up with a sore neck or had a bad night’s sleep because of the curler. Be sure to read their descriptions carefully to find the right size for your hair type. And check out their Instagram for how-to videos and hair inspo.

Our Pick: $38 Eternal Muse Original Size

8. D. Louise Jewelry for Everyday Glam

Website: D. Louise

After years of testing jewelry and finding pieces that are tarnish-free without being solid gold, we’ve finally found an affordable option: PVD-plated jewelry. These pieces are different from their flash-plated counterparts that tarnish in a few weeks. PVD-plated is 100% sweat and waterproof, 10 times stronger than flash-plated jewelry, perfume and lotion safe, and heat-resistant. Plus, D. Louise uses 316L stainless steel, which won’t oxidize and is hypoallergenic and scratch-resistant.

We also appreciate its lifetime guarantee that your jewelry will never fade or lose its color. And we can personally attest that D. Louise has a fantastic customer service team that you can really only find with a small business. This is jewelry that’s made to be worn every day, from work to weekend brunch, with designs that are both current and classic.

Our Pick: $70 Pavé Clover Pendant Necklace layered with $55 Dainty Necklace

9. Oats Overnight for Busy Mornings

Website: Oats Overnight

For anyone who’s always on the go but still wants a good breakfast, Oats Overnight is a game-changer. These pre-packaged oats are designed to be prepared the night before—just mix with your favorite milk, shake, and refrigerate, then grab and go in the morning. They come in tons of flavors, so it’s easy to switch things up and keep breakfast exciting without much effort.

We had the resident oatmeal-hater in the office try this, and she’s been converted. While she doesn’t like all the flavors on the website, she has more than enough favorites to have something different every day. Our editor recommends the Cookies and Cream, Fruity Cereal, Mango Custard, and S’mores.

Their website requires a minimum of 16 meals per order. But you can find limited flavors like Chocolate Peanut Butter and Strawberries and Cream in Target stores for as low as $3.

Website Pricing for a meal box:

  • As low as $3.50 per meal without a subscription

  • As low as $3.10 per meal with a subscription

10. Lenox Village Spice Jar Set: A Little Extra Charm for the Kitchen

Website: Lenox

For the home chef or anyone who loves to add a bit of charm to their kitchen, the Lenox Village Spice Jar Set is a cute, functional addition. This set of 24 jars is designed to keep spices organized and fresh while adding a vintage look to your spice rack. They first came out in 1989 and were sold for $285. Lenox has released it again and is selling it for the same price as they sold it for 35 years ago — $285. And they’re going out of their way to limit resellers from getting their hands on it. We love a good Pinterest-worthy functional gift that’s an ode to a simpler time.

You can get the full 24-jar set for $285, smaller collections of 6 spices for $72, or a la carte spices for $15. The house shelf is sold separately for $35. They’re currently only available for pre-order again, as they sell out quickly.

11. Under-eye concealer hack: Aquaphor Balm Sticks

The viral Scott Barnes hack for preventing under-eye concealer from creasing is to prep the skin with Auqaphor’s balm sticks. The first viral video used the Aquaphor Lip Balm Repair Stick. Then, he released another video in which the Aquaphor Healing Balm Stick also worked for the same effect. We prefer the lip balm version because it’s smaller and gives you more control. But we like the healing balm for the cost per ounce. While the ingredients are slightly different, we didn’t notice any difference in performance during our wear tests.

Pro tip: Be sure to set your mascara and makeup, or your mascara (even waterproof) may transfer. We like to layer Drmtlgy’s Luminous Eye Corrector SPF 41 or the E.L.F.’s Putty Color-Correcting Eye Brightener for a drugstore dupe or hide dark circles.

Our Pick: Aquaphor Lip Balm Repair Stick ($4.20 a stick) or Aquaphor Healing Balm Stick ($10.49 a stick)

Whether you’re gifting others or treating yourself, these picks are ready to bring a little joy this season. Happy holiday shopping!
