Vivaia Round-Toe Embroidered Loafers

These are not your run-of-the-mill loafers. Made of recycled plastic bottles, this machine-washable loafer dons unique embroidery patterns. You’ll find cheetahs, bees, and even a dachshund silhouette.

These shoes feature a rubber outsole and a heel patch to prevent your ankles from lifting. The knit fabric is soft and flexible, and the insole is well-cushioned and antimicrobial.

We had our editor test out these shoes. While she doesn’t normally purchase her shoes in wide width, she has wider feet with bunions. The length of her usual shoe size was fine, but she had to use a shoe stretcher to get the right fit. Fortunately, the shoe stretched out perfectly overnight, which means it quickly conforms to the shape of your feet. So, if you have wide feet, we don’t recommend sizing up since the length might be too long.

Sleepytie blow out

For all the ladies who invest in their blow-outs and are frustrated with how the style doesn’t last overnight, Sleepy Tie is for you. While there is a learning curve on how to tie your hair, this product prevents breakage but, more importantly, preserves your style when you sleep so you can wake up to gorgeous, voluminous hair.

Sleepy Tie comes in multiple sizes. Small is for short, finer hair. Medium is for those with medium-length hair at least three inches past their shoulder, and large is perfect for those with thicker, longer hair. It’s also a great alternative if you want a slight curl and a discrete look with a simple bun on your head.

For those who want a bigger curl, we recommend overnight heartless curls. It’s not as comfortable as Sleepy Tie to sleep in, and you look like Queen Amidala at night, but you’ll get low-maintenance fluffy curls without the heat damage.

PVD-plated jewelry

We’ve talked a lot about jewelry here at Magnolia & Tulle. We’ve been experimenting with different types of jewelry that don’t tarnish, and we’ve recently discovered a game-charger: PVD-plated jewelry.

No, this isn’t your normal gold-plated jewelry that only lasts a few months. Instead, PVD plated is a process that’s quickly gaining popularity because it’s waterproof. That’s right, you can wear this jewelry at the beach, in the shower, literally anywhere.

And specific companies, like D. Louise, have a lifetime color warranty that promises that our jewelry won’t tarnish and its color won’t fade. D. Louise is based in the UK but has fast shipping and fantastic customer service. We love their minimalist style, but they also have bolder options, like the Drosera Earrings and Ribbed Dome Hoops.

Cashmere sweater

As the temperatures drop, we always reach for our grade-A Mongolian cashmere from our go-to choice, Quince. They started with the classic crew neck but have ventured into more modern looks like the Fisherman sweater and the Cropped Cardigan Sweater.

Their cashmere is lightweight but not too thin and is three times as warm as wool. We can’t emphasize how soft it is! But if you prefer a slightly weightier feel but without the bulk, their Cotton Fisherman Crew is a good option, too.

Espro coffee

Some coffee experts claim that the French press is the most authentic way to enjoy your beans. But the grit and residue have always turned us off from truly enjoying the experience. Coffee lovers, take heed! Espro offers a unique double mesh filter system so you get all the coffee flavor without the grit, resulting in a smoother coffee.

While Espro may not be as pretty as your Stanley cup, its products are durable, thoughtful and intentional. Plus, its travel coffee presses make it a great option for an afternoon pick-me-up for your long days at work or school.

Tul notebook

This year, we’ve learned that entire offices and students have fallen in love with Tul. Tul is like a binder and a notebook had a baby. What makes Tul different from traditional note-taking stationery is that you can add and remove pages effortlessly without opening or closing any metal loops.

Tul has dividers, planners, white and colored paper and stationary add-ons like sticky notes to customize your notebook. And you can get third-party designs from marketplaces like Etsy that are discbound and Tul-compatible.
